Lead materials development and testing for our next-generation ballistic and multispectral systems. Experience with NIJ standards, textile engineering, or composites preferred.
Design and develop modular load bearing systems, plate carriers, and integrated soldier platforms. Strong background in ergonomics, CAD, and human factors engineering required.
Drive integration of electronic systems, sensors, and communications hardware into our modular platform architecture. Background in defence electronics or C4ISR systems preferred.
Oversee production quality, process optimisation, and QA/QC protocols across our domestic manufacturing facilities. Experience with MIL-SPEC quality systems an asset.
Lead procurement relationships with Canadian and allied military, government agencies, and defence prime contractors. Background in defence procurement or government sales required.
